
Nigel Farage is set to give another press conference on law and order this morning. The Reform UK leader is expected to be joined by three guests for the speech in central London at 11am, including another defector.
He will also be joined by former prison governor and author Vanessa Frake, who is Reform's new justice adviser Ms Drake oversaw the detention of prolific serial killers like Rose West and Myra Hindley.
And Reform's Warwickshire County Council leader George Finch will also attend after the insurgent party accused police of covering up the backgrounds of two Afghan asylum seekers accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
Mr Farage pledged it would be "the most significant event of our crime campaign so far". It comes as Reform has been focusing on the topic with a series of announcements in recent weeks.
