Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Mukundwadi police have busted a flesh trade racket operating out of two hotels in the Jay Bhawani Nagar area of the city.
The raid was conducted on Sunday night after complaints from the locals about disturbances emanating from one of the hotels.
Police have arrested two hotel owners and the landlord of one of the establishments, while three women in their 20s were rescued. A case has been registered under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, and section 3(5) (Common intention in criminal acts) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), among other charges. TNN
