NEW DELHI: The National Real Estate Development Council ( NAREDCO ), apex body of India’s real estate sector under the housing ministry, Thursday announced the election of Parveen Jain as its new President and Niranjan Hiranandani as chairman. While Hiranandani is the co-founder & MD of the Hiranandani Group, Jain is founder & MD of Tulip Infratech.
Jain said: “It is a privilege to once again lead NAREDCO, an institution that represents the collective strength and aspirations of India’s real estate industry. Our focus will be on promoting transparency, supporting progressive policy reforms, and enabling sustainable growth that aligns with India’s larger economic vision. NAREDCO will continue to act as a bridge between the government and the real estate fraternity, ensuring that we grow responsibly and inclusively.”
Hiranandani said: “ “NAREDCO has always been at the forefront of driving collaboration between the government and industry…. am confident the organisation will continue to champion constructive reforms, enhance industry credibility, and contribute significantly to the nation’s development goals.”
